These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Quiet Progress digital products, templates, subscriptions, and related services. By purchasing, accessing, or using any Quiet Progress product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. About Quiet Progress

Quiet Progress provides digital productivity tools, including but not limited to task trackers, habit trackers, templates, downloadable PDFs, Google Sheets templates, subscriptions, and educational content.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Digital Products and Access

All Quiet Progress products are delivered digitally. This may include:

  • PDF files
  • Access links to Google Sheets templates
  • Subscription-based content and updates

Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy outlined below.

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

A compatible device

  • A stable internet connection
  • A Google account where required

3. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Quiet Progress product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product.

You may:

  • Use the product for personal or internal business use
  • Modify templates for your own use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product
  • Make the product available to third parties
  • Use the product as part of another commercial offering
  • Claim the product as your own work

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Quiet Progress Membership and Subscriptions

Quiet Progress may offer optional subscription-based memberships which may include:

  • Bonus templates
  • Ongoing product updates
  • Weekly or periodic newsletters
  • Early access to new tools and features

Subscription billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, typically monthly, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method until cancelled.

Managing your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Shopify account or by contacting us at quietprogresscompany@gmail.com.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already processed, except where required by law or covered under our refund policy.

5. Refund and Money-Back Guarantee

Digital products

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee on digital products.

Refunds may be requested within 21 days of purchase provided that:

  • The product has not been substantially used
  • The Google Sheets templates have not been fully implemented or duplicated extensively
  • The request is genuine and reasonable

Once a product has been fully accessed, copied, or actively used over an extended period, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions:

  • Refunds apply only to the first billing period
  • Subsequent subscription payments are non-refundable
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund past charges

Refund requests must be sent to quietprogresscompany@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

6. Delivery and Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing your product:

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Google account limitations
  • Third-party platform outages
  • User error or device incompatibility

7. Updates and Changes to Products

Quiet Progress may update, improve, or modify products at any time.

While subscribers may receive ongoing updates, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific features
  • Specific delivery schedules
  • Lifetime access to all future products

All updates are provided at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

Quiet Progress products are designed to support productivity, organisation, and habit building.

They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or personal results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Quiet Progress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or subscription

You use Quiet Progress products at your own discretion and risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, designs, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Quiet Progress.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any intellectual property.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Content is redistributed without permission

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.

The latest version will always be available on our website or included with product documentation.

Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
