Refund Policy

Digital products

We offer a 21 day money back guarantee on our core digital products: the Habit Tracker and Task Tracker.

To be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted within 21 days of purchase and after the product has been used for a minimum of 14 days, allowing sufficient time to properly experience and assess the product.

Refunds will be considered provided that:

• The product has not been substantially used beyond normal personal evaluation
• The Google Sheets templates have not been fully implemented, duplicated, or extensively copied
• The request is genuine and reasonable in nature

Please note: our bonus templates (including the Income Tracker, 52-Week Savings Challenge, Gym & Workout Tracker, Side Hustle Goal Planner, Social Media Content Planner, and Self-Improvement Stack) are not eligible for refunds. These are provided as additional value and are excluded from our returns policy due to their supplementary nature.

Due to the digital nature of our products, once a product has been fully accessed, copied, or actively used over an extended period, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

We assess refund requests on a case by case basis to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Subscriptions

For subscription based products and memberships:

• Refunds apply only to the first billing period
• Subsequent subscription payments are non refundable
• Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges but does not refund past payments
