Refund Policy

Digital products

We offer a 21 day money back guarantee on our digital products.

To be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted within 21 days of purchase and after the product has been used for a minimum of 14 days, allowing sufficient time to properly experience and assess the product.

Refunds will be considered provided that:

• The product has not been substantially used beyond normal personal evaluation
• The Google Sheets templates have not been fully implemented, duplicated, or extensively copied
• The request is genuine and reasonable in nature

Due to the digital nature of our products, once a product has been fully accessed, copied, or actively used over an extended period, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

We assess refund requests on a case by case basis to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Subscriptions

For subscription based products and memberships:

• Refunds apply only to the first billing period
• Subsequent subscription payments are non refundable
• Cancelling a subscription will stop future charges but does not refund past payments
